You can contact us to cancel your order before the product preparation process begins. Cancellation requests may not be accepted for orders where the preparation process has started, the florist work has been completed, or the product has already been dispatched for delivery.
Flower arrangements, live plants, custom-made designs, and perishable items are generally excluded from the return policy. Return and cancellation requests for such items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If the product is delivered damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Following an investigation, we may arrange for a reshipment, correction, partial refund, or a full refund, if deemed appropriate.
In case of delays and delivery problems that may occur due to the recipient being unreachable, incorrect address information, incomplete contact information, or similar circumstances preventing delivery, responsibility will be assessed based on the accuracy of the information entered during the order process.

In some cases, instead of a direct refund, the product may be re-prepared, compensated with a similar product, or an alternative solution may be offered with the customer's approval.
