The recipient's name, surname, telephone number, email address, delivery and billing information consists of the information provided during the order process.
This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the buyer electronically through the seller's website.
The type, name, quantity, selling price, payment method, delivery information, and any additional charges of the products are included in the order summary, which is approved by the buyer at the time the order is placed.
The product is prepared and delivered according to the delivery address and selected delivery time provided by the buyer during the order process. For fresh flowers and similar products, delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product, time slot, delivery area, and operational workload.
The buyer agrees to pay the total amount for the order using the payment method selected during the ordering process. The order may not be processed without payment confirmation.
While general provisions regarding the right of withdrawal for distance sales are reserved, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass. Flowers, live plants, and custom-made products may fall within this scope.

The buyer acknowledges that they have read and are aware of the preliminary information text, product specifications, sales price, payment and delivery terms on the website, and that they have given their necessary consent electronically.
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts, which are authorized under the applicable consumer legislation, shall have jurisdiction.
By completing an order through the website, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
