Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/h1>\n\n

At Mecidiyek\u00f6y Florist, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Since most of our products consist of fresh flowers, live plants, or custom-made designs, cancellation and return requests are evaluated based on the nature of the product.<\/p>\n\n

1. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n

You can contact us to cancel your order before the product preparation process begins. Cancellation requests may not be accepted for orders where the preparation process has started, the florist work has been completed, or the product has already been dispatched for delivery.<\/p>\n\n

2. Personalized and Fresh Products<\/h2>\n

Flower arrangements, live plants, custom-made designs, and perishable items are generally excluded from the return policy. Return and cancellation requests for such items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n

3. Damaged or Defective Product<\/h2>\n

If the product is delivered damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Following an investigation, we may arrange for a reshipment, correction, partial refund, or a full refund, if deemed appropriate.<\/p>\n\n

4. Delivery Problems<\/h2>\n

In case of delays and delivery problems that may occur due to the recipient being unreachable, incorrect address information, incomplete contact information, or similar circumstances preventing delivery, responsibility will be assessed based on the accuracy of the information entered during the order process.<\/p>\n\n

5. Refund<\/h2>\n

If your return or cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment method. Processes may vary depending on the bank and payment institution.<\/p>\n\n

6. Change and Compensation<\/h2>\n

In some cases, instead of a direct refund, the product may be re-prepared, compensated with a similar product, or an alternative solution may be offered with the customer's approval.<\/p>\n\n
